returns & exchanges policy
For all returns and exchanges, our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credits or exchange. Kindly note that we do not issue refunds for any returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - in its original packaging with tags still on.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. We do not do returns or exchanges for any Sale Items.
If we receive everything in order, we will process store credits for you.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another size or style, please send us an email at email@example.com and arrange return of your item to: MOX @ Katong Point, 451 Joo Chiat Road, Unit 02-08, Singapore 427664.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We would highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for your returns as we are not liable for any lost mails, and we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
