MEMBER REWARDS

 SHIPPING

For all Singapore delivery via regular courier is $5.00 and will take 2-3 business days.  You get it free for orders above S$150.

International shipping is available and the shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and you may then select which type of shipping you would like. We offer free international shipping for orders above S$250. Duties & Taxes are to be settled by customer.

Are duties & taxes (for international shipping) included in my order total?

No, you’ll be charged duties & taxes by your local service provider.  Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

SELF-COLLECTION

Self-collection is currently available at two locations:

What currency are your prices in?

We are based in Singapore and prices are in SGD. You may wish to get in touch with your credit card provider for an exact exchange rate or get an approximate rate here

How do I know which size will fit me best?

We have our general size guide you can use and we also indicate the model measurements for your reference. If you need further assistance, please click on the chat button at the righthand corner of the page.

How long will the delivery take upon ordering?

For pre-orders, we indicate the estimate delivery dates on each product page.  For available stocks, it will take 2-3 business days to receive your order. 

How do I check on the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, you can click on "Track It" and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours upon order payment confirmation for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to hello@runafter.love.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Do you accept exchanges? 

    We accept returns & exchanges however if you make an exchange for an item of lower value, we will issue store credits for the balance amount which you can use on your next purchase. More on returns & exchanges here.

    Do you offer Gift Cards?

    No.  We currently do not offer gift cards.

    Gift Vouchers won from giveaways include shipping? 

    Gift Vouchers are only applicable for the product price and excludes shipping. Shipping charges will be borne by customers.
