  What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payment and Paypal payment.

  I'm not sure what size I am. Could I get some help?
Please refer to our sizing chart which you will find in every product page as a general guide.
Alternatively, the specific items have exact dimensions so head over to the
item you're interested in and click on "Description"!

  I really want to purchase an item but it's listed as sold out. Will you be restocking it?
This would vary from style to style. However, in general, we would like to maintain the exclusivity of our
designs so we normally produce a limited quantity of stock.

  Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once you hit "Confirm my order" during the checkout process, your order cannot be changed.
Don't fret though, we do have an exchange policy here at Run After.

  What is your exchange policy?
Size doesn't fit? Changed your mind and got your eye on another design instead?
No worries! We offer free exchange.

  I want to exchange my item – do you pay for my return shipping?
Return shipping will have to be borne by you. We advise you to use registered postage so that you can
track your shipment because we are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

  Have you received my item for exchange?

No worries, we've got everything covered.
Once your item has been received, our team will send you a confirmation email to verify.

  How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?
